We are a husband-and-wife team and Roseville natives who have proudly been part of this community for over 40 years. Along with our team of highly educated trainers and nutrition coaches, we’ve spent years helping women of all ages and backgrounds feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.

No matter where you’re starting or what season of life you’re in, we meet you where you are. Our training methods are simple, effective, and designed with women in mind. We teach you how to lift safely and confidently, so you can build strength without fear of injury or intimidation — because strength training is one of the most powerful tools women have for feeling energized and empowered.

When it comes to nutrition, we believe in balance, not restriction. You don’t have to survive on chicken and rice to see results. We take an individualized approach that supports fat loss, hormones, and overall well-being while still allowing you to enjoy the foods you love. Fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating. As a women-focused gym, we’ve created a space where all women can feel safe, supported, and confident every time they walk through our doors. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow stronger from the inside out.

DANCE FITNESS

Workouts shouldn’t feel like a chore. Our Dance Fitness classes combine high-energy music, fun choreography, and full-body movement to help you burn calories, build endurance, and boost your mood. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just starting out, you’ll feel welcome from the first beat.

TRAINING

Our athletes can expect an amazing workout from every training session. Whether it’s one-on-one or small group classes, it’s our goal to push our athletes to reach the next level. Our team of highly educated trainers are dedicated to developing programs that create results.

NUTRITION

You are what you eat. With customized nutrition programs unique to our clients, reaching your goal – whether weight loss or muscle gain – is right at the tip of your tongue. Meet Jenna! She’s a veteran Sacramento King’s dancer and owner of Physique Dance & Fitness in Sacramento. She has over 20 years of dance experience and nearly 8 years of teaching and choreographing. She also earned her Bachelor’s degree in dance at CSUS. She’ll be bringing a new style of fitness to Diamond Tier – dance fitness!
