We are Roseville natives who’ve been living here for 40 years. We are highly educated trainers and nutrition coaches and have been working with athletes from all over the area for many years now. No matter how old you are and no matter where you’re at with your fitness goals, we will help you reach them with simple training methods that work. We’ll teach you how to lift properly so that you don’t hurt yourself in the gym. We’ll teach you how to eat right. You don’t JUST need to eat chicken and rice to lose body fat. You can still love food while making it work for you. Strength Training aims to display pronounced muscle mass, symmetry, and definition for overall aesthetic effect.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Functional Fitness is a strength & conditioning workout made up of exercises performed at a high intensity level.

YOGA

Yoga connects the body, breath, and mind using postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve health.

COMMUNITY OUTINGS

You are what you eat. With customized nutrition programs unique to our clients, reaching your goal – whether weight loss or muscle gain – is right at the tip of your tongue. COMP PREP

Stepping on stage for a bodybuilding show is a serious accomplishment and it’s one that takes not only a dedicated athlete, but also an educated coach. Whether it’s your first time on stage or you’re a seasoned vet, our coaches are ready to help you bring your best package yet.

POSING

Perfect practice makes perfect. Showing off an incredible physique on stage requires a level of finesse and pinpoint presentation to grab the attention of the judges. Our one-on-one posing sessions and group clinics will dial you in so the judges can’t keep their eyes off you.
